Rina Shah is Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise Specialty at Walgreens, where she leads the company’s transformation of specialty pharmacy. She oversees teams of clinical experts focused on delivering innovative, patient‑centered care models and scalable solutions for providers and partners.

With more than 25 years at Walgreens, Rina has held leadership roles spanning pharmacy operations across 9,000+ locations, key functional areas and has guided major enterprise initiatives, including the organization’s COVID‑19 pandemic response and the expansion of clinical services. Her leadership has been recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business “40 Under 40,” Fierce Healthcare’s Most Influential Minority Executives, and Mass Market Retailers’ Most Influential Women.

Rina also serves on the board of Blood Cancer United, advancing advocacy and support for patients and families affected by blood cancers. She holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Illinois Chicago.
