Board of Directors Reception, Dinner & Entertainment

This is the final evening of the Annual Meeting, including a reception, dinner and entertainment, where all attendees convene to celebrate the conclusion of another successful gathering and to honor the NACDS Board of Directors, and the Lifetime Achievement and Begley award recipients. As in years past, this event will conclude with a terrific show. Sponsor will be promoted through the pre-show, on-site, and post-show NACDS marketing material. Conference Registration Bag

Cyber Stations

Cyber Stations consist of computer terminals with printers placed in the highest traffic area of the Annual Meeting. Sponsor will receive recognition on the screen saver and signage at each station. NACDS provides all programming and equipment, the sponsor need only to show up and enjoy the show. Capabilities will include internet connections and email access.

This exclusive sponsorship is a time-saver and final nighttime reminder of the next day’s activities. At the end of each business day, an email will be sent to all attendees with the next day’s schedule of events. By sponsoring this high-profile opportunity, your company will be recognized each time an attendee utilizes the Daily Schedule of Events Email to assist them throughout their busy day ahead.

Registration Bag Inserts

Sponsors can place a one-page flyer in the registration bag distributed to all conference attendees. This is ideal to highlight your meeting location, invite attendees to your private event, or supply all attendees with your product brochure. Inserts must be 8 1/2″ x 11″ size or smaller, and must be approved by NACDS prior to Friday, March 21, 2025, and have in hand by Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Additional fees will apply for late arrivals.
