What are you doing regarding the health and safety of attendees?
NACDS’ priority is to conduct the Annual Meeting in accordance with official government, local authorities, and venue specific regulations and recommendations; as well as what NACDS deems is appropriate. NACDS reserves the right to change, update, or add to these guidelines at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of our attendees, colleagues and industry partners.
What is the recommended attire?
Attire for the NACDS Annual Meeting is Resort Casual with the following exceptions:
Monday, April 29 – The NACDS Luncheon
Men: Business Attire
Women: Dressy Daywear
Tuesday, April 30 – Board of Directors Reception & Dinner
Men: Business Attire (Jacket & Tie)
Women: Cocktail/Dressy Evening Separates
Is shuttle service provided between official NACDS hotels and The Breakers?
No. In lieu of shuttle service, NACDS will provide complimentary valet parking at The Breakers during the Annual Meeting.
When is the last day I can make a reservation at one of the official NACDS hotels and still obtain the NACDS rate?
Friday, March 22, 2024. After this date, the quoted hotel room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
How do I make changes to an existing hotel reservation?
To make changes to an existing reservation, use the link provided in your hotel room confirmation email sent from NACDS Housing. After Friday, March 22, 2024, you will need to contact your hotel directly. Visit the Hotels & Travel page for hotel contact information after this date.
Our Company is registered, but I can’t log in to view company information on the Participants page?
Only registered attendees can access the locked portions of the website. You will need to get the login information from one of your registrants. Their username is their email address. We do not have access to passwords. If they are unsure of their password, they can use the “Forgot/Set Your Password” link on the login page to reset it.
How do I add my spouse to my registration?
During the registration process, you will have the ability to “Add a Companion” after entering your first registrant. If you have already completed the registration process, but need to add a spouse, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel or substitute an attendee?
How do I book private event space during the NACDS Annual Meeting?
A limited amount of private event space is available during the Annual Meeting. Requests for space should be made in writing to Toni Gonzalez at email@example.com and include date, time, and number of people expected to attend the event.
