Rachel Marler is Chief Customer Officer, US for GSK Consumer Healthcare, currently the largest Consumer Healthcare company in the world with health and wellness categories encompassing brands such as Advil, Centrum, ChapStick, Emergen-C, Flonase, Paradontax, Polident, Poligrip, Robitussin, Sensodyne, Theraflu and Tums.
Rachel joined the company in April 2022 and is excited to become the first Chief Customer Officer for HALEON when we demerge in July. She is a member of the US Leadership Team and responsible for leading our customer engagement efforts to build strong, trusting retailer partnerships and deliver compelling category and shopper healthcare experiences across the customer channels.
Most recently, Rachel was Vice President, Paper Business Unit, Sales and Strategy for Kimberly-Clark North America, responsible for iconic paper brands such as Cottonelle, Scott, Kleenex and Viva, across all retail channels. During her tenure she delivered multiple years of consecutive performance and grew share of multiple brands through strategic pandemic brand-building plans.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Rachel spent several years with Walmart where she held various roles in US Merchandising before moving to Vice President of Merchandising for Canada and Vice President of Merchandising, International. She has extensive experience in both sales and general management across several consumer product goods companies including Gillette, P&G and Tyson Foods.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
