Rachel Marler

US Chief Customer Officer


Rachel Marler is the US Chief Customer Officer at Haleon. In this role, she leads Haleon Consumer Health’s customer engagement efforts to build strong, trusting retailer partnerships and deliver compelling omni category and shopper healthcare experiences across the all channels. She also leads US Digital Commerce and Net Revenue Management.
She joined Haleon in April 2022. Rachel brings with her significant experience in sales, marketing and general management across several consumer product goods companies including Gillette, P&G, Tyson Foods, and most recently Kimberly-Clark where she was Vice President, Sales and Strategy for the Paper Business Unit.

Rachel also spent over 9 years with Walmart, where she held various roles in U.S. Merchandising before moving to Vice President of Merchandising for Canada and Vice President of Merchandising, International. Rachel has a track record of building strong, trusting retailer partnerships across all channels and delivering exceptional results.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
She is the Haleon US Sponsor for TIM, Haleon Environment SteerCo member, and past Board member of GSl Canada, NWA Children’s Shelter, Arkansas Athletic Youth Outreach, and Congregation Etz Chaim.
