NACDS has designated MCI USA as the official housing provider for the NACDS Annual Meeting. Hotel reservations should only be made using the custom link provided in your registration confirmation email. If you’re contacted by any other company, be aware that they are not affiliated with NACDS and are not authorized to book rooms within our official hotel block.

Once registered for the meeting, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email that includes a link to the official housing provider site, where you can make your hotel reservation at one of the official NACDS Annual Meeting hotels listed below. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a hotel confirmation email from MCI USA. This email will include your acknowledgment number, booking details, and a link to modify or cancel your reservation, if needed.

Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. After Monday, March 15, 2027, any changes must be made directly with your selected hotel, and quoted room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
