Amanda Coussoule joined Kenvue in November 2024 to serve in her current role as the U.S. Chief Customer Officer. She sits on the North America Leadership Team, helping Kenvue build a customercentric, insight-driven organization with a competitive edge and a robust growth mindset. She is responsible for unlocking joint-value with Kenvue’s customers, shaping overall strategies and ensuring tight integration as she collaborates closely with internal and external partners.

Amanda brings more than 20 years of CPG and in-depth sales experience, as well as a proven track record in leadership that will help drive Kenvue’s executional excellence in retail, delivering impact that accelerates our goal of becoming the undisputed leader in consumer health. Her experience spans 5 years of military service in the U.S. Army following her graduation from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, over 10 years with Procter & Gamble working with customers in roles of increasing responsibility, 3 years with Kraft-Heinz where she reversed multi-year sales declines in their Meals & Desserts categories, and most recently 7 years with Kimberly-Clark where she led their Walmart Sales Team, inclusive of Walmart Stores U.S. and Sam’s Club U.S, and her team was recognized as Sam’s Club Supplier of the Year.

In her personal life, Amanda and her husband are devoted parents to their son and daughter, Caroline and John. When she is not busy with family, you can find her volunteering with her West Point alumni community, backpacking, cycling, swimming and traveling.
