Matt Drzewicki is a digital transformation leader who brings a deep passion for unlocking business growth through technology, media, and team empowerment. As Senior Vice President and GM of Roundel, Target’s Retail Media Network, Matt leads a global team of 700+ in building meaningful connections between Target’s guests and its brand partners.

Prior to joining Target in 2022, Matt spent more than a decade at Google in sales and specialist leadership roles. He most recently served as Managing Director of the Large Customer Sales Accelerator team, partnering with top B2B and B2C brands to shape data-driven growth strategies. He began his career at Valassis, where he drove transformation across product, sales, and marketing functions.

Matt is dedicated to building inclusive, high-performing teams and believes in driving purposeful impact through partnership and innovation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
