Steve Light is a dynamic senior executive with a proven track record of leading hypergrowth e-commerce and social commerce businesses, including TikTok Shop, across technology, strategy, content, digital marketing, pricing and promotions, and user experience.

With experience spanning e-commerce, healthcare, wholesale distribution, retail, co-packing, and financial services, Steve has consistently delivered exceptional results in complex and fast-paced environments.

He brings deep expertise in P&L management, overseeing operations from small privately held companies to billion-dollar divisions within Fortune 25 public organizations. His strategic leadership encompasses brand management, global sourcing across more than 30 countries, and both traditional and digital marketing—including managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $100 million.

Six Sigma–trained and quality-focused, Steve has led product development from ideation through commercialization, including testing, customer research, packaging, and launch execution. As a General Manager at one of the largest U.S. marketplace retailers, he drove e-commerce growth at scale. His experience also includes sales and business development leadership, as well as buy-side M&A execution.
