Rick leads the US Customer Development and Commercial Operations team for Kenvue, a global consumer health leader. As Chief Customer and Commercial Officer, Rick is a member of the North America Leadership Team and is responsible for helping to develop and deliver strategy for the organization’s largest region. Under Rick’s leadership, the US team delivers sales, strategy, and operational excellence in service of customers and consumers who rely on iconic brands such as Tylenol, Neutrogena, Listerine, BandAid, and Johnson’s Baby.

Rick joined Kenvue in 2023 from Haleon, where he led the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region through a business turnaround and a demerger from GSK Consumer Healthcare. In this role, he led the transformation of the commercial and innovation capabilities as well organizational mindset to return the company’s third largest market to above market growth.

Through his 15 year tenure with Novartis OTC/GSK Consumer Healthcare/Haleon, Rick held leadership positions including Head of the Global Wellness Category, Head of Latin America (LATAM), Head of the Global Respiratory Category; and Head of the Novartis’ Central and Eastern European, and Head of Marketing for North America.
Previously Rick worked at Procter & Gamble in from 1991-2007 where he held various marketing and finance positions with increasing level of responsibility.

Rick earned his degree in Economics from DePauw University, Indiana, USA.
