Board of Directors Dinner & Entertainment
Join us for a memorable evening of gourmet dining and exceptional entertainment. The Board of Directors Dinner & Entertainment (D&E) is open to ticket holders only.
Table reservations are required for the Tuesday Board of Directors Dinner & Entertainment. Seating is limited. These reservations are made by turning in your Dinner & Entertainment ticket to the Tuesday Reservation Counter.
Everyone attending this function will fall into one of the following three categories:
- Unassigned: A person who is not hosting a table and would like to be assigned.
- Host: A person who has invited and collected ten D&E tickets.
- Invited Guest: A person who has been invited by a Host to join a group for dinner, and who has given their ticket to the Host.
What to do if you are Unassigned:
Unassigned registrants should exchange their D&E Reservation ticket at the Tuesday Reservation Counter beginning Sunday, April 22nd through Noon on Monday, April 23rd. Final seating assignments will be available after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24th.
What to do if you are a Host:
Hosts should reconfirm their table seating plans when they arrive at The Breakers. Table assignments and seating tickets will be available for pick up on Tuesday morning, April 24th. No table or seating confirmations will be released without all required information being provided and NACDS reserves the right to fill all empty seats.
What to do if you are an Invited Guest:
Invited Guests can assist their Host by giving the Host their tickets. Your Host will be responsible for informing you of your table assignment.
In recognition of their valuable contributions, companies qualifying as Annual Meeting Sponsors are offered the opportunity to reserve a table and seating in advance for the Tuesday Board of Directors Dinner & Entertainment.

The NACDS Luncheon
A delightful luncheon, hosted by Jann Panzer, featuring sisters Barbara Pierce Bush and Jenna Bush Hager, will be held on Monday, April 23rd. The luncheon is only open to registered spouses/ companions who are at least 18 years of age and have a luncheon ticket.
To reserve a seat for the luncheon, a registered spouse/companion need only exchange their luncheon ticket for a Table Confirmation & Gift Exchange card.
Seats can be reserved at The NACDS Luncheon Table Reservations counter located in the Registration Area beginning on Friday, April 20th at 10:00 a.m. Attendees wishing to sit together must exchange their luncheon tickets at the same time. Table reservations must be made by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 23rd. As in the past, all of those attending the NACDS Luncheon will receive a gift in exchange for their Table Confirmation & Gift Exchange card.
Note: Spouses/companions must be present at the NACDS Luncheon in order to receive the gift.
