As Vice President of Health & Beauty Care Merchandising, Kate leads strategic category management for assortment and sales planning of over 150 categories spanning Health, Personal Care, Beauty, Non-Edible Grocery, Candy and Pet. Experience. Kate joined Kroger at General Office in replenishment in 2006. Since then, she has held several roles, including Category Manager, Promotional Planner, and Center Store Merchandiser for Main & Vine, a Natural & Organic concept store. In 2016, Kate returned to Grocery Merchandising and has since held a number of leadership positions across Frozen, Edible Grocery and Dairy categories. She was promoted to her current role as Vice President of HBC in 2022.

Kate has been recognized as a two-time Progressive Grocer Top Women in Grocery as both a “Rising Star” and “Executive” Level Awardee. In 2023, she was selected as an honoree of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s ‘Forty Under 40’ class. Kate currently serves as a Co-Chair in Programming for NextUP (formally Network of Executive Women) in Cincinnati.

Kate received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from The College of Wooster in Anthropology.
